DAY 1 (May 17, 2024)
THE 2024 HSP TRADESHOW BEGINS
BREAKFAST
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Breakfast is definitely the most important part of the day. We welcome you to get your day started with us and all of your fellow attendees and sponsors.
GOLF TOURNAMENT BEGINS
Join us for the 4th annual HSP Golf Tournament. Check out the course below to get familiar with the grounds.
Tee Times will be Assigned
Check-in 15 minutes before Tee Off

REGISTRATION
Registration for the main HSP 8th Annual Trade Show begins. Make sure to pick up your name tags and goodie bags. Name tags will be required to enter all HSP events (excluding the Golf Tournament) for both attendees and guests.

Get fueled up before the pharmacy presentations begin.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
PHARMACY PRESENTATIONS
Get to hear from our sponsors and key speakers about our plans for the future and current keynotes from our main speaker and host, Jack Holt.
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
HOTEL EVENING RECEPTION
The Embassy Suites offers an evening reception. Come enjoy drinks and conversation with fellow attendees and vendors.

2nd day of registration for the main HSP 8th Annual Trade Show begins. Make sure to pick up your name tags and goodie bags. Name tags will be required to enter all HSP events for both attendees and guests.
HSP staff will be available to help if you have any questions or concerns.

LAST DAY OF THE HSP TRADESHOW
REGISTRATION
Last day to register and experience the 8th Annual HSP Trade Show. Name tags will be required to enter all HSP events for both attendees and guests.

Talk about some of the fun you had last night and plan your day with us. Charge up with a full breakfast.

TRADE SHOW FLOOR OPENS
Come see all of our vendors that make this such a special event. They will all have booths ready to show off the latest products and programs. Make sure to grab a “passport” from us, as all vendors will have stamps ready to show that you stopped at their booth. Turn in your “passport” to be entered into our raffle drawing.

Test your luck for one final time with the passport raffle drawing.

HSP PHARMACY STAFF MEETING
Austin and Kristi will be speaking to our pharmacy staff and we encourage all employees to attend.

Join us for the 2024 Hi-School Pharmacy Trade Show. We will be back in Portland at the Embassy Suites conveniently located 5 minutes from the Portland Airport.
