Join us for the 2026 Hi-School Pharmacy Trade Show. Our event will be hosted at the Embassy Suites near PDX this year.
If this is your first year joining us for this spectacular event, you will be met with food, fun, and education on all current pharmacy-related topics. You will also have the chance to meet face to face with some of our amazing business partners.
If you are a returning member, you can expect the same level of excellence that was provided all of the prior years. We at Hi-School Pharmacy always strive to provide a fun and professional environment for all of our attendees. Just like last year, we have pulled out all the stops and we can’t wait for you to see what we have in store.

FRIDAY (May 15, 2026)
THE 2026 EVENT BEGINS
GOLF TOURNAMENT
The tournament will be held at the Camas Meadows Golf Course. Tee times will start at 7:00 AM.
REGISTRATION
1st day of registration for the main HSP 11th Annual Trade Show begins. Make sure to pick up your name tags and goodie bags. Name tags will be required to enter all HSP events for both attendees and guests.
HSP staff will be available to help if you have any questions or concerns.
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
LUNCH
Take a break and enjoy lunch with us.
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
PHARMACY PRESENTATIONS
The Pharmacy Presentations start. Bring your questions and your notes!
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM
HOTEL RECEPTION
Enjoy some light refreshments and drinks down in the atrium at the Embassy Suites from 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM.
DINNER AT THE EMBASSY SUITES
Food, fun and networking! Dinner will be at the EMBASSY SUITES.

SATURDAY (May 16, 2026)
THE FUN CONTINUES WITH THE START OF THE SECOND DAY

The 2nd half of the pharmacy presentations begin. Bring your questions and your notes!

Let’s end the day with dinner, drinks and entertainment at the Heathman Lodge.
6:00 PM – 9:30 PM. *Transportation to the Heathman leaves at 5:30 PM from the Embassy Suites.
SUNDAY (May 17, 2026)
LAST DAY OF THE HSP TRADESHOW
REGISTRATION
Last day to register and experience the 11th Annual HSP Trade Show. Name tags will be required to enter all HSP events for both attendees and guests.

BREAKFAST
Talk about some of the fun you had last night and plan your day with us. Charge up with a full breakfast.
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
TRADE SHOW FLOOR OPENS
Come see all of our vendors that make this such a special event. They will all have booths ready to show off the latest products and programs. Make sure to grab a “passport” from us, as all vendors will have stamps ready to show that you stopped at their booth. Turn in your “passport” to be entered into our raffle drawing.
8:00 AM – 10:45 AM
PASSPORT & CASINO RAFFLE DRAWING
Test your luck for one final time with the passport and casino raffle drawings.
10:45 AM – 11:00 AM
HSP EMPLOYEE MEETING AND LUNCH
HSP employees are encouraged to attend the employee meeting and lunch after the trade show ends.
11:15 AM-12:30 PM
